A murder mystery comedy by Peter Gordon
What better way to brighten up a gloomy February evening than a jolly good murder! Or so the talented players at BADS thought when they decided to stage the hilarious comedy Murdered to Death at Broughton Astley Village Hall.
When the wealthy owner of a country house is murdered, the totally incompetent and aptly named Inspector Pratt is sent to investigate.
Blundering past every clue laid before him and mislaying vital evidence, he unfortunately manages to do more harm than good, and it?s left up to his sidekick constable and the village busy body (oh, and you of course) to discover the identity of the killer.
With a host of entertaining characters as suspects and more red herrings than John West, this is possibly the funniest whodunnit Agatha Christie never wrote! With a terrific cast of some of Broughton's finest acting talent, under the direction of Chris Cooper-Hayes and Jen Hawkins, this is great night out not to be missed. There is a licensed bar, so you can sit and enjoy a drink with the show if you fancy.
The show runs from Thursday 25th - Saturday 27th February and starts at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £8 each, available now by calling Angie Woods on 0116 2864447.
Book today, but be warned - you may die laughing!
